Bring your experience to building Epistemis.
Epistemis is decision-state infrastructure for liability-exposed enterprise decisions. Authorized reviewers may later examine the basis of these decisions. That original basis may be challenged or used to defend a decision.
Epistemis connects evidence, relevant regulatory and internal requirements, examined alternatives, uncertainty and approvals by the people responsible into a governed decision state. It makes missing requirements visible early. Once the finalization conditions are met, the state can be recorded as final and remain traceable.
Technology, subject expertise and business operations need to work together. We would like to hear from people who want to contribute their experience to this work.

The following questions describe work involved in building Epistemis. These areas are not advertised vacancies.
Company building and operations
How do we organize responsibilities and day-to-day work so that Epistemis can operate reliably?
Product and architecture
How do we design products and interfaces while keeping their functions and authority separate?
Security and technical evidence
How do we check where evidence comes from and whether it has changed? How do we show the context in which it applies?
Legal requirements and governance
How do we represent legal duties, evidence requirements and disclosure limits? How do we define how legally protected information is handled?
Enterprise implementation and integration
How do we connect authoritative enterprise systems while respecting their access rules? How can the configuration for each organization be operated reliably?
Insurance, risk management and regulated markets
What information do insurance and risk professionals need to assess a decision basis? How do we keep evidence distinct from promises of coverage or acceptance?
Market access and sales
How do we reach enterprises with a relevant need? How do we explain Epistemis and develop routes to deployment while preserving neutrality and product boundaries?
WAYS TO CONTRIBUTE
What kind of contribution could fit?
A collaboration can take different forms. We discuss what could fit based on the work, your experience and the scope of your contribution.
Co-founder or early executive role
This involves long-term responsibility for the company and a clearly defined operational or specialist area.
Product or infrastructure leadership
You could take responsibility for a defined area of product, architecture, security or enterprise implementation.
Market access and deployment leadership
You could take responsibility for enterprise deployment or market adoption. This may include working with insurance and risk professionals.
Specialist contribution or research
The collaboration could focus on a defined specialist task or research question. It need not involve responsibility for the whole company.
